SHIPPING
When will I get my item(s)?
Please Note: We cannot control the holiday shipping rush. Order Early To Prevent delays during holidays.
Please allow 7-10 Business days for standard shipping in the U.S. It takes 12 business days for a custom unit to ship.
Please note that there may be shipping delays of 2-3 business days during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Shipping can be expedited at customer's request to 3-5 days, there is an additional $30 fee for this service. This does NOT include wigs or custom coloring.
We do NOT ship on Saturdays. ANY Items Purchased After 1pm EST on Friday Will Process On The Next Business Day (The Following Monday).
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with the United States Postal Service. The Hair Gawds does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue refund for packages that state being delivered.
Over night service is not available for P.O. Box, APO, Hawaii, Alaska, and all international orders. PLEASE CONTACT US TO ARRANGE FASTER SHIPPING. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE OVERNIGHT SERVICE. Cutoff time for all express service is 1PM EST - if you purchase before 12:00pm EST, we will make every attempt to process your order on the same business day, and you should receive your item(s) within 7-10 days after placing your order.
If you have not received your hair within 10 days please contact us as soon as possible so that we can track your order.
Any item that is shipped and returned will be held for 30 days. All Unclaimed Deliveries Will Be Added Back To Our Inventory After 30 Days.
**Please note that we require a signature for ALL Items purchased and will only be able to ship items to addresses confirmed by Paypal.
RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee on ALL of our Virgin hair. Shop with comfort knowing your tresses are insured.
Health & sanitation concerns limit the return of human hair products that have been used and that includes "trying them on" or "unbundling". We will not accept any merchandise used or altered (including, but not limited to brushed, combed, colored, permed, cut, or relaxed) in any way.
We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns. As a necessary health precaution, the items must be returned in the original condition. We will not accept any merchandise that is not in its original condition. The returned item must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged and in the original shipped condition. All tags and packaging must be included. We offer a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee on ALL of our Virgin hair. Shop with comfort knowing your tresses are insured.
Items meeting the above conditions may be returned within 7 days of the shipping date will only be eligible for store credit or refund minus a 20% restocking fee. Please plan your purchase carefully.
No Unsuitable Returns Accepted
If merchandise unsuitable for restocking is returned, it will be held for 5 days pending the customer's payment of shipping charges to have it returned to them. If the customer does not pay to reship the item(s) they will be discarded. No credit will be issued for any merchandise that cannot be restocked.
Please be advised, these restrictions do not apply if any item is returned due to a mistake made by Exquisite Label, Within 7 days of receiving your order if any item proves to be defective; please contact us immediately.
After we receive the defective item, we will test it if need be, and we will ship back to you at our expense a non-defective replacement item and compensate you for shipping the defective item back to us. If Exquisite Label determines an item is defective due to improper handling by the Customer (i.e. over processing) the item will be returned to the customer COD.
*Discount, sales, or promotional items will not be accepted for exchange.
